Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations, sales, purchasing, and administration as we expand our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire customer order lifecycle from inquiries to shipping.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with clients.
- Maintain accurate client profiles and documentation.
- Oversee purchasing activities, verifying orders and production schedules.
- Create specialized client documents like installation guides and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with factory teams to manage production lead times.
- Supervise staff recruitment, training, and daily office operations.
- Attend training sessions and trade shows as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in shipping and stock management.
- Strong leadership abilities and commercial judgment.
- Proficient in English and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
