We seek a Governance & Strategic Partnerships Manager to support the growth of Fresh Business Ventures Ltd. You will:

• Strengthen governance, compliance, operational controls, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop risk management frameworks and coordinate due diligence and compliance activities.
• Maintain relationships with international partners and contribute to commercial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Significant experience in governance, compliance, or regulatory reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Professional qualifications in Accounting, Audit, Compliance, or Governance are a plus.
