Job Description
Role Overview: Join our team to work on various construction projects as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and Bills of Quantity.
- Conduct periodic site visits and validate contractors’ payment applications.
- Control costs and forecast project expenditures.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Sound knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
