Graduate Systems Developer

Our client seeks a Graduate Systems Developer to join their team. Role Profile:Our client is looking for a passionate Graduate Systems Developer on a permanent basis with a strong programming foundation to join the dynamic team full-time. This role will support the ICT function by designing, developing, and maintaining software systems, all while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:Primarily develop and maintain the core software for internal systems. Write clean, well-organised and fully documented code, adhering to programming best practices.Solve complex scalability, platform and integration problems.Create and maintain front-end and back-end software, consisting of core application logic, database and application integration.Adhere to change control procedures.Perform testing and debugging of any back-end applications or systems. Key Skills and Experience:Is a graduate in computer science or related field.Has experience in C like programming language, such as C, C++, C# or Java.Has experience in data structures such as XML/JSON and relational databases, Powershell and/or BashHas experience in web technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS.Has experience in version control systems.Good verbal communication and presentation skills.Good report and documentation writing skills.
