Group Finance Director

Our client seeks a Group Finance Director to join their group. Our client is an international business who design, manufacture and supply bespoke products to care markets operating across 3 continents. Investor backed and headquartered on the Isle of Man we require a new Group Finance Director to lead the finance function and support achieving ambitious growth targets as the group continues to develop. This role requires candidates to be able to evidence a track record as a Finance Director with experience in manufacturing and business acquisitions an advantage (but not essential). The incoming Group Finance Director will be based in the Isle of Man, reporting into the Group CFO and tasked with helping support the next strategic chapter of the business and optimise the Group's financial position. The candidate will also display an interpersonal capability that extracts performance from an already well-run team and displays the characteristics that inspire a future generation of workers as the business grows.
