Job Description

clients worldwide. About the Role: The Group Financial Controller will oversee
the financial control and reporting for our global fiduciary and fund business.
This role is pivotal in maintaining financial integrity, optimising financial
performance, and ensuring robust financial governance across all locations. The
ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a multi-jurisdictional role,
exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset. Duties and
Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial
statements for all global locations. Ensure timely and accurate monthly,
quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Develop and implement financial
policies and procedures to maintain compliance with local and international
regulatory requirements. Coordinate with local finance teams to ensure
consistency and accuracy in financial reporting. Implement and maintain strong
internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial
reporting. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulatory
requirements, and internal policies. Manage the external annual audits and
address any audit findings. Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of
collaboration and continuous improvement. Conduct performance reviews, provide
feedback, and support professional development. Promote knowledge sharing and
best practices across the finance teams globally. Build and maintain strong
relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors,
regulators, and financial institutions. Represent the company in financial
discussions and negotiations with external partners. Oversea tax compliance with
support of 3rd party professional providers. Support strategic initiatives,
mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Be part of and
contribute towards the broader finance leadership team. Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; or ACCA, ACA or
equivalent qualification. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in
finance, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role. Extensive
experience in the fiduciary and fund industry, with a strong understanding of
international finance and regulatory environments. Proven track record of
managing financial operations across multiple global locations. Exceptional
analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership
and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial software and systems, with advanced Excel skills.
Willingness to travel frequently to global locations. This is an exciting
