Head Mechanic

What we are looking for: Senior workshop experience (Head Mechanic or similar). A Cytech Level 2 or 3 qualification (or equivalent). Deep technical knowledge - including e-bikes. A customer-first mindset. Great organisation and communication skills. A proactive, 'can-do' attitude - 'no job is too big or small'! As Head Mechanic, you'll be responsible for: Leading and motivating our workshop team. Servicing everything from road bikes to MTBs, e-bikes and beyond. Managing workshop bookings and workflow. Troubleshooting complex repairs. Providing top-notch customer service. Supporting with stock control and process improvements. You'll be based in our Business Park bike shop in Douglas, working Monday to Friday, with the occasional weekend or external event thrown in. You'll also be working alongside an experienced and passionate team who live and breathe bikes!
