Our client, an independent provider of private wealth and corporate administration services, is looking for a Head of Compliance. This role entails reporting directly to the board and overseeing compliance policies.

• Implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Act as Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
