Head of Compliance

We are seeking a Head of Compliance for a leading financial services organization in the Isle of Man. This senior leadership role entails:

• Developing and nurturing a strong compliance culture.
• Providing strategic guidance to senior management and the Board.
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance, governance, and risk management.
• Overseeing the organization’s compliance framework.
• Maintaining relationships with regulators and stakeholders.
• Leading and mentoring the compliance team to drive continuous improvement.
