Head of Compliance - FTC

Join our client as the Head of Compliance for a short contract. Full-time or part-time hours are available. This role is essential for overseeing compliance monitoring and regulatory reporting.

• Act as the R13 Head of Compliance Controlled Function holder, ensuring fitness and propriety.
• Oversee compliance with Isle of Man regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain documented arrangements for compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure appropriate segregation of duties and the safeguarding of client assets.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of compliance experience in financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant professional compliance qualifications (e.g., ICA Diploma) are highly desirable.
