Our client seeks a Head of Marketing to join their team. Role Profile: This is a

and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with and support the
company's business objectives. Act as the 'chief whip,' rolling up your
sleeves to lead by example, motivating the team to take action and achieve
results. Lead the marketing team with creative energy, fostering a positive,
can-do attitude that drives innovation and high performance. Prioritise
marketing initiatives to ensure focus on high-impact activities that drive sales
and business growth. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure
marketing efforts are fully integrated with the overall company strategy.
Marketing Operations: Oversee all aspects of marketing operations, including
copywriting, design and development, team resource management, budgeting,
planning, and execution. Implement targeted marketing campaigns that engage
customers and partners, enhancing the overall customer journey. Monitor,
analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing
actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Drive the
creative process, ensuring that marketing initiatives are both innovative and
aligned with the company's brand and objectives. Ensure that the marketing team
has the resources, direction, and motivation to deliver outstanding results.
Sales Alignment and Execution: Maintain a sales-minded approach, ensuring that
all marketing strategies and campaigns are designed to drive sales and business
growth. Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure seamless
integration and alignment of marketing efforts with sales strategies. Utilise
customer and market data to inform marketing strategies, ensuring that campaigns
are both effective and relevant to target audiences. Team Development and
Management: Inspire and develop the marketing team, providing guidance, support,
and mentorship to help them achieve their professional goals. Foster a culture
of creativity, collaboration, and accountability within the marketing team.
Ensure the team is consistently motivated and equipped to meet challenging
deadlines and deliver high-quality work. Key Skills and Experience: Visionary
