Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Operations to join their team to lead and oversee the operations within their Health and Social Care division. As Head of Operations, you will play a critical leadership role in the strategic and day-to-day operational management of services. You will ensure that care delivery is consistently high-quality, values-led and meets the unique needs of the people that our client supports. Candidates must have at least 4 years' management experience in a care setting and hold a relevant qualification such as Social Work, Nursing, Allied Health, or Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social Care.
