Head of Private Clients Key Responsibilities:Management of a team of six.HR, resourcing and recruitment duties.Organising the operations of the team.Being the go to for all technical queriesEnsuring deadlines are met.Reviewing operational procedures and implement efficiencies.Management information reporting to the senior management team (for example time billing and utilisation stats).Managing budgets and cashflows.Management of a portfolio. Key Skills & Experience: 10+ years in a similar role within a T/CSP.Exceptional Team Management skills.Strong technical T/CSP experience.ICSA/STEP qualified.Exceptional organisational skills and a strong multi tasker.Hands on.A blue sky thinker .
