Job Description
Position: Health Care Assistant
Join the team at Silverdale Care Home as a Health Care Assistant, providing individualized support to our residents.
Principal Duties Include:
- Assist with personal care and hygiene as per care plans.
- Support residents during mealtimes.
- Encourage independence and wellbeing of residents.
- Maintain a polite and helpful demeanor at all times.
