About the Role: Brookfield Care Home is looking for compassionate individuals to join our friendly team as Health Care Assistants.

• Provide personal care and assist residents with daily living tasks, including washing, dressing, and hygiene.
• Communicate effectively with residents and their families.
• Work under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor.

Qualifications: Previous experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided for suitable candidates. A DBS check is required for this role.
