As a Healthcare Assistant at Brinnington Residential Home, you will provide person-centred care and support to our residents. Your key responsibilities include:

• Promoting dignity, independence, well-being, and safety.
• Working effectively as part of a dedicated care team.
• Communicating clearly with residents, families, and staff.

We value a caring and compassionate approach, as well as reliability and a genuine interest in supporting older people. While previous care experience is desirable, we are open to training the right candidate.
