About the role

Exciting changes are reshaping the Office of Human Resources, creating new opportunities to enhance HR support across Manx Care and its Divisions. As an inquisitive and adaptable HR Business Partner, you'll take a leading role in understanding unique workforce needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive meaningful impact.

Collaborating with the Head of HR for Manx Care, the Executive Director of OHR, Manx Care, and the HR Advisory Team, you'll lead part of the Advisory Team aligned to your Divisions ensuring HR services remain clear, consistent, and solution-focused. Your expertise will shape key people initiatives and contribute to broader OHR activities, all while supporting Manx Care’s objectives and the Isle of Man Government Island Plan 2021-2026.
