Job Description
Your duties will involve managing client accounts and providing company
secretarial services, such as attending Board meetings, taking minutes, and
preparing reports. You will also assist in preparing and issuing policy
documentation, managing claims processing for clients, and organising and
distributing Board meeting materials. Additionally, you will prioritise tasks,
anticipate workflow challenges, and address potential issues. You will also
provide cover for colleagues during holidays, support internal projects,
maintain filing systems, and perform other duties as required. Key competencies
for this role include strong communication skills and confidence in interacting
with external clients. You should be highly organised, with strong
administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under
pressure. Proficiency in Excel and Word, along with a proactive and flexible
approach, is essential. You should be self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a
willingness to embrace new challenges. This position provides an opportunity to
