As an IT Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for resolving technical issues and providing support to end-users within the organisation. This role combines 1st and 2nd level support, focusing on troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring timely and efficient solutions. The successful candidate will have prior experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support, taking responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance and smooth operation of the IT infrastructure.
