Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT-related queries and faults for various customers.
- Conduct fault-finding, testing, and analysis.
- Install and maintain data networks, requiring some UK travel.
Requirements:
- Experience with hardware vendors, such as Fortinet and Ruckus.
- Knowledge of switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
