Job Description

Abacus Trust Company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Trust & Company Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career in fiduciary services, focusing on client administration, compliance, and corporate support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer trusts and companies, ensuring accuracy of records.
  • Prepare routine correspondence, minutes, resolutions, and statutory documents.
  • Support client due diligence and compliance reviews per internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records, assisting with daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • A-level or degree-level education preferred.
  • Previous office or financial services experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a willingness to learn.
