Job Description
Abacus Trust Company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Trust & Company Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career in fiduciary services, focusing on client administration, compliance, and corporate support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer trusts and companies, ensuring accuracy of records.
- Prepare routine correspondence, minutes, resolutions, and statutory documents.
- Support client due diligence and compliance reviews per internal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain electronic and paper records, assisting with daily administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- A-level or degree-level education preferred.
- Previous office or financial services experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a willingness to learn.
