Landscape Supervisor
Join our team as a Landscape Supervisor, supporting the development and management of our landscapes and Living Collection. Reporting to the Landscape Manager, you will play a key role in maintenance, procurement, and team decisions.
- Assist in coordinating work programmes to achieve objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and visitors.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to staff.
- Operate horticultural machinery safely.
- Maintain digital records and assist with staff performance reviews.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant academic qualification (preferably to level 5), 3-5 years of experience in landscape management, and a full UK driving license. Your drive and adaptability will help inspire a productive work environment.
