About the role
Would you like to make a difference to your local community? Join our team as a Leisure Assistant at the National Sports Centre, where you will play a key role in supporting and encouraging the physical wellbeing of people on the Isle of Man.
You will support the day-to-day operations of the NSC, ensuring safety and promoting social inclusion. You will also have the opportunity to work in a variety of different settings, including our new and improved Pool Complex, Sports Halls, Fitness Zone and Outdoor areas.

Bank Positions: Please note, in order to be considered for interview you will need to have a valid RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or be enrolled onto the next National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) course which is in January.
If positions are currently unavailable at the time of application, candidates will be placed in a talent pool and considered for appointment when future opportunities arise over 12 months.
