Job Description
Lettings Manager or Lettings Negotiator. Excellent salary package including a
central Douglas parking space and a generous mileage allowance. Key
responsibilities of the Lettings Manager: Manage the lettings department and
ensure that all targets are met. Develop and maintain relationships with both
Landlords and Tenants. Oversee Landlord accounts and portfolios. Ensure that all
properties are marketed effectively. Respond to enquiries, conduct viewings and
negotiate offers. Ensure compliance matter and AML protocols are adhered too.
Manage the property management staff members within the department. Be an
integral part of actively growing the lettings portfolio. Key responsibilities
of the Lettings Negotiator: Confident in a customer facing role and an ability
to build relationships. Passion and knowledge for the Island, its property and
people. Well-organised team player who is able to work to targets. Computer
literate with strong organisational and time management skills. Experience in
maintaining and updating databases, spreadsheets and standard Microsoft
applications. In possession of a full driving license and vehicle for work
purposes. Develop and maintain relationships with both Landlords and Tenants.
Ensure that all properties are marketed effectively. Respond to enquiries,
conduct viewings and negotiate offers. Awareness of AML protocols. Be an
integral part of actively growing the lettings portfolio. Previous estate agency
