Lettings Negotiator

Cowley Groves are looking for a Lettings Negotiator within our Property Management Department. For this role, we are looking for somebody with the following skills and experience: Confident in a customer facing role and an ability to build relationships. Passion and knowledge for the Island, its property and people. Well-organised team player who is able to work to targets. Social media literate with a keen eye for spotting and fulfilling business opportunities. In possession of a full driving license and vehicle for work purposes.
