Level 3 Early Years Educator

We are currently seeking a Level 3 nursery practitioner to join our team. Qualities we're looking: #1 Passion for Early Years Education: The ideal candidate will have genuine passion for working with young children and a strong commitment to their development. #2 Level 3 Qualification: A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent is required for this role. #3 Outdoor Enthusiast: Our nursery places a significant emphasis on outdoor activities and play. We are looking for someone who loves being outdoors and can engage children in outdoor learning experiences. #4 Team Player: You will be working closely with our existing team so being a team player and having good communication skills and a positive growth mindset is essential. #5 Creativity: We value creativity in our approach to play and learning. The ability to come up with imaginative activities and craft is a big plus.
