About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Local Area Coordinator to join our team in the North of the Island. Working in close collaboration with Jurby and Northern Community Initiatives, you will help build community resilience, develop and enrich community connections, and work with individuals to help them achieve a fulfilling life.

Local Area Coordination is relatively new to the Isle of Man and is a key part of the Island’s Foundations for Integrated Care Paper and establishment of Wellbeing Partnerships, which focus on integrating services, ease of access, adopting a person centred approach and building on the strengths and attributes of the individual and the local community.
