Due to continued growth in our Isle of Man site, we are looking for a maintenance housekeeper to join our facilities and maintenance department. The successful candidates will be responsible for following the company’s general housekeeping and safety practices & policies. They will also be required to independently identify and perform general cleaning for their areas of responsibility. Additional tasks include supporting our maintenance technicians with general upkeep of our facility including CNC machining centres, assisting with machine moves and installation of new equipment. As a customer facing site, we require the successful candidate to show close attention to detail, to take pride in their work and ensure a high standard is maintained in all aspects of their roll. It is preferred that the applicant; holds a counterbalance forklift licence, has experience with food & hygiene in the workplace and is manual handling trained. The roll can be physical demanding and an applicant must be capable of being on their feet for up to 8- hours a day. Lift, push, pull or carry weight no more than 35lbs, as well as squat bend and reach.
