About the Role

Karsons Pharmacy is looking for an experienced Medicines Counter Assistant to join our community pharmacy in Kirk Michael.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Advise on OTC medicines and healthcare products.
• Process sales and replenish stock.
• Promote pharmacy services and recommend products that benefit patients.
• Assist the dispensary team in day-to-day dispensing duties after training.

Essential Qualifications

• Previous pharmacy experience.
• Strong customer service and retail skills.
• Good computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Full UK/Isle of Man driving license.
