Annexio (LottoGo) are a successful eGaming company with exciting growth plans for 2024. Providing an excellent customer support experience to our members is of great importance to us, therefore we are seeking a Member Support Adviser to join our fun team. The successful candidate will work alongside other team members responding to customers queries, enquiries and complaints via telephone, email and livechat. The successful candidate must have relevant experience gained from a customer service type role, to ensure they have the ability to maintain our high customer service standards, along with adhering to internal procedures at all times. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a range of customers in a professional and respectful manner. Candidate must be prepared to support shift working, which is an essential requirement of the role, this position will predominantly be required to work the 3pm till 11pm shift.
