About the Role
As a Mortgage Adviser at Chase Financial Services, you will report to the Mortgage Manager and deliver tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing mortgage applications from initial inquiry to completion.
- Providing high-quality customer service consistently.
- Working independently while being a contributing member of the advisory and administration team.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) or an equivalent recognized qualification, along with relevant mortgage experience. Familiarity with local lenders is advantageous but not essential. Training will be provided on company procedures, systems, and products.
Attributes
You should be approachable, organized, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Effective communication skills, both in-person and via telephone, and the ability to manage your own workload are essential.
