Night Care Assistants

Based in Ramsey, we are looking for 2 care assistants to work night shifts in the Grove Mount Residential Home. Offering a set rota with alternative weekends off, we are seeking suitable individuals to join the team to deliver high quality personalised care and support to our residents. We offer a competitive rate of pay, dependent on the qualification you possess. Ideally the successful candidates will have had previous experience in a care settings, and hold a RQF level 3 or equivalent, or be working to achieve this qualification. Previous experience however is not essential, as training and support to develop will be given to the individuals that demonstrate the values which would reflect our own.
