Nursery Manager

We're looking for a passionate and hands-on Nursery Manager to lead the team at Little Bears - this is a unique opportunity for someone ready to step into management or take the next step in their childcare career. Supported by our Business Administrator, you'll spend your time on the floor, working directly with children and families, ensuring the highest standards of care. You will support and supervise staff, liaise with professionals, and work closely with the Directors to maintain excellent practice across the setting. A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare and at least 2 years of post qualification experience are essential.
