Nursery Manager

Gloryland Preschool Nursery is seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager for our 2+ nursery. In this critical role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality physical, social, and emotional care for children aged 2-5 years.
• Leading by example and supporting staff to create a nurturing environment.
• Maintaining strong relationships with parents and guardians.
• Collaborating with the management team to ensure all children can learn, play, and develop effectively.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in childcare.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
