About the role

Could you lead the future direction of mental health services for older people across the Isle of Man? As Operational Manager for the Older Persons Mental Health Service, you'll drive the delivery and development of a multidisciplinary community service supporting people living with dementia, cognitive disorders and severe mental illness. You'll drive service improvement, oversee key projects, manage performance and quality standards, and work closely with colleagues, commissioners and partner organisations to improve outcomes for patients and their families.
