Operational Regulatory Reporting Analyst

We’re seeking a Senior Administrator with regulatory reporting experience to join our Retail Operations Reporting team, specialising in Automatic Exchange of Information (AEI) reporting (CRS, FATCA). In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise with oversight of reporting delivery, controls, and change, ensuring all regulatory reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant. You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end AEI reporting process, support complex cases, and act as a key contact for stakeholders, Compliance, and audit queries. Alongside this, you’ll help maintain high standards of control and quality, meeting strict deadlines while identifying risks and improving processes. You’ll also contribute to regulatory change initiatives, translating requirements into practical solutions and supporting implementation, testing, and team development. This role is ideal for someone experienced in financial services, regulatory or tax reporting, who is comfortable working with complex data, controls, and regulations. Experience with AEI is advantageous, but not essential if you have a strong foundation in a similar environment and are eager to develop your expertise.
