We're looking for an impactful professional to join our team, assist with
overseeing office operations, ensuring seamless coordination between
administrative functions and project execution and to provide business support
to the directors. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, financial
accuracy, and efficient communication across the company during a period of
growth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring
efficient administrative processes; Manage financial tasks, including inputting
expense reporting, invoicing, and liaising with accountants; Prepare filings and
coordinate with government departments for permissions, consents and licences;
Manage schedules, coordinate diaries, handle email correspondence; Maintain
contractor relationships and oversee tender documentation; Implement and refine
office systems to enhance productivity. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in
office administration, preferably within the construction or related industry;
Strong understanding of financial processes and government compliance
requirements; IT proficiency in office software and project management tools;
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, an ability to interface
