As an Optical Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of the store.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Optometrist with pre-testing, dispensing, and booking appointments.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating patient information.
- Ensuring the store is clean and organized.
- Contributing to the overall success of the store.
We are looking for someone with previous customer-facing experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. A keen interest in optics and a desire to develop a career in this field is essential.
