Job Description

We're seeking a motivated individual to administer a partnership with a thirdparty organisation. You will be working closely with sole traders across the UK.This role would suit recent graduates, school leavers, as well as those withmore experience. Key Responsibilities: Contact applicants to assist withapplication completion. Analyse and optimise the application funnel. Improvemarketing processes using tools like Customer.io Make outbound calls, includingto individuals who may not be expecting contact. Work with partner to ensure acontinually beneficial relationship on both sides. Develop a good understandingof how our services are beneficial to the customer. Requirements: Excellentcommunication skills, especially over the phone. Proficient with technology,including mobile apps. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Positiveattitude and willingness to learn. Confident making outbound calls. Attention todetail, process-oriented. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with marketing funnelsand customer journeys. Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools. Forthe right candidate, there is flexibility available for this role to includeflexible working hours, with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
