solutions. As a recognized supplier of Cannabis-Based Products for Medical Use
(CBPMs), we work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure patients
receive the best care for their specific needs. We are seeking a skilled and
motivated Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team, specializing in the safe and
effective dispensing of cannabis-based medications under strict medical
guidelines. Job Role & Responsibilities: Dispensing cannabis-based products for
medical use (CBPMs) in accordance with professional and legal standards.
Accurately interpret prescriptions and ensure proper labelling and packaging of
CBPMs. Provide guidance and advice to patients regarding the safe usage, dosage,
and storage of prescribed cannabis products. Collaborate closely with
pharmacists, doctors, and healthcare professionals to ensure compliance with
regulations and best practices. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CBPMs. Keep
meticulous records of all dispensed products, ensuring compliance with Isle of
Man healthcare regulations and reporting requirements. Assist in stock
management, including ordering and storing cannabis-based medications. Offer
compassionate, professional customer service to all patients, respecting privacy
and confidentiality. Essential Requirements: Pharmacy Dispenser Certification
(NVQ2) or equivalent qualification. Experience working in a dispensary or
pharmacy setting, preferably with specialized knowledge of controlled substances
or cannabis-based medications. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations,
particularly relating to controlled substances and CBPMs. Excellent
communication skills and the ability to provide clear, accurate advice to
patients. Keen attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work
effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Desirable Skills &
Qualifications: Experience with cannabis-based products for medical use (CBPMs)
is highly desirable. Familiarity with local and national regulations regarding
CBPMs, including prescription processes and patient eligibility. Empathy and
