Position: Practice Nurse

Southern Group Practice is seeking an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our friendly and busy GP practice. This full-time position may also accommodate part-time candidates.

• Deliver treatment room duties, including chronic disease management.
• Required diplomas in Diabetes, Asthma/COPD management, and Women's Health.
• Provide high-quality patient care while demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Manage patient records and utilize technology effectively.
• Willingness to receive training in chronic disease management if not previously experienced.
