Project Manager / Project Coordinator

MTG is seeking a Project Coordinator or Project Manager to support IT and digital transformation projects. In this role, you will:

• Coordinate schedules, resources, and updates for clients;
• Track project progress and identify potential risks;
• Utilize AI tools to enhance project delivery.

As a Project Manager, you will also take ownership of project delivery and financial aspects. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Strong organizational skills and clear communication abilities;
• Good judgement and a strong work ethic;
• Familiarity with IT, software, networking, and Agile methodologies.

Project Coordinators should be quick learners with no degree required, while Project Managers should have at least three years of relevant experience. This position is Isle of Man based with options for hybrid working.
