Quantity Surveyor

DGC Ltd, a leading civil engineering, drainage, and groundworks contractor on the Isle of Man, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

The successful candidate will have:

• A strong background in measuring, costing, and managing commercial aspects of drainage and groundworks projects.
• Solid knowledge of JCT and NEC4 forms of contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and valuations.
• Manage variations and change control.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement and account management.
• Prepare interim and final accounts.
• Support project teams with commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Familiarity with the Isle of Man construction sector, local authorities, and key clients is highly desirable. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute QS to join a growing contractor delivering infrastructure and groundworks projects across the Island.
