Job Description
DGC Ltd, a leading civil engineering and drainage contractor, is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. We operate across the Isle of Man and are committed to delivering high-quality infrastructure and groundworks projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and valuations for projects
- Manage variations and change control processes
- Oversee subcontractor procurement and account management
- Prepare interim and final accounts
- Support project teams with commercial reporting
Applicants should have a robust understanding of JCT and NEC4 forms of contract and familiarity with local regulations and clients is highly desirable. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
