Job Description
An established construction company is searching for a Quantity Surveyor with 3–5 years of experience to join its Building & Civils team in Douglas. In this role, you will:
- Manage commercial aspects of building and civil engineering projects.
- Perform cost control, valuations, variations, and tender management.
- Handle subcontractor management and final accounts.
