The Isle of Man Football Association is seeking a Referee to:

• Enforce and apply the IFAB Laws of the Game impartially.
• Ensure player safety and manage physical contact.
• Control match tempo and discipline through cautions and send-offs.
• Make accurate calls on fouls and restarts.
• Work with officiating team members effectively.
• Conduct pre-match checks and manage substitutions.
• Complete timely match reports, including disciplinary actions.
• Maintain fitness and up-to-date knowledge of the laws.
