Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Registered Service Manager to lead our Adult Supported Living Service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing teams and services, demonstrating integrity and compassion throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to enhance service quality.
- Oversee individualised, outcome-focused support planning.
- Manage contracts, finances, health and safety, and staffing.
- Provide regular supervision and guidance to team members.
- Encourage community access and participation for adults with Autism Spectrum Conditions.
To succeed in this role, you should hold a Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification (or be willing to obtain it upon appointment). A manual driving licence is preferred.
