You will have day to day responsibility for: Leading casino market research and lead generation processes. Undertaking competitor research, and presenting findings. Researching industry trends. Providing bespoke reports upon request. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration processes for new clients. Assist in onboarding new clients, providing guidance and support to bridge the gap between Sales, Integration and Account Management Teams. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and addressing any issues that may arise during the onboarding process.
