Reservations Agent

We are looking for a Reservations Agent to work within the busy reservation team based at the Palace Hotel & Casino. The position is available as a full time or part time. The main duties will include taking room reservations for our three busy hotels over the telephone and via emails. You must have an excellent communication and administration skills and a high level of attention to detail. Training on the use of our in house reservations system (Rezlynx) will be provided to successful applicant. Applicant must be over 18 years old with no unspent criminal convictions.
