Your Responsibilities:

• Build warm, trusting relationships while serving as a positive role model.
• Provide consistent care and support daily routines.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people.
• Encourage education, health, and independent living skills.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to home policies.

Your Qualifications:

• Commitment to the well-being of children and young people.
• Desire to work towards Level 3 qualification in residential childcare.
• Flexibility for various work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Age requirement: at least 21 years.
• Enhanced DBS check (arranged by us).
